Last week our Year 3s embarked on their first school camp. For many of them it was their first night away from home. It was great to see their tired but happy smiles on Wednesday as they recounted the amazing time they had. From bush craft, the possum glider pull, zip lining, aero ball and wacky races, the photos below say it all. Camp is a fantastic opportunity for children to build independence, team work and problem-solving skills in a safe and supported outdoor environment. However, camp would not be possible without the generosity and willingness of our teachers. I’m sure you all join with us in thanking the Year 3 teachers for making this amazing experience for our Year 3 children possible.
