Each and every day here at Thornlands our wonderful teachers strive to achieve our School Vision of M.O.R.E. (Making Our Results Excellent- that is, each and every student achieving their full potential). They really do make a difference to the lives of so many young people and the students of Thornlands- past, present and future- are very lucky indeed to have them!
At Thornlands this year, tomorrow, Wednesday 27 October is the day we will be celebrating World Teachers' Day. This is an opportunity to acknowledge our teachers and say thanks for the significant contributions they make to each and every one of our students each and every day. I know, as parents you understand that the wonderful teachers at Thornlands are the reason that our students achieve the fantastic learning outcomes that they do. They really are an incredibly dedicated, hardworking and professional teaching team and I encourage you to say thank you to the teachers of your children on World Teachers Day!!!
