As many of you are aware, our tired Administration Building is receiving a refurb over the coming Christmas break.
Works will commence on the 23rd November, meaning that there will be NO access to the administration block from the start of Week 8 until the beginning of the school year in 2021.
Our Administrative Team will temporarily relocate to G Block, with access via South Street. Clear signage will be placed on the current admin front gate as well as the temporary location.
Office hours remain unchanged (8.15am – 3.30pm), and all essential Contractors and Visitors will need to sign in at this building. COVID-19 Operating Guidelines remain unchanged in relation to "Kiss and Go", with no parents able to enter the school grounds (unless attending the office). All current school processes in relation to late drop-offs/early pick-ups remain unchanged.
A map below clearly marks where the temporary office will be located. We will communicate with students, ensuring they understand where the temporary location is.
